Open application status means GEIS may receive pilot inquiries from the public. It does not mean every applicant will be accepted or moved forward.

3. No Guarantee of Credits, Registry Status, or Tokenized Output

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a promise that any project will be approved, that any quantity will be credited, that any registry entry will be created, or that any digital or tokenized representation will be minted or made available.

Any future digital representation, portal feature, or dApp feature remains subordinate to GEIS’s governing rules and internal approvals.
