Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

GEIS is committed to improving digital accessibility so people with disabilities can access website information, pilot applications, communications, and future service pathways.

GEIS aims to use reasonable efforts to align public-facing digital content with recognized accessibility principles and to reduce barriers as features evolve.

2. Current Access Pathways

At launch, GEIS may use public website pages and a hosted Google Form for inquiries or pilot applications. GEIS also expects that some functions may later be offered through a client portal and/or dApp.

GEIS recognizes that some users may not be able to use every web feature, hosted form, portal feature, or dApp workflow.

3. Alternative Access

If you need an alternative way to access a page, submit an inquiry, request documents, or complete a pilot-related step, contact Contact@GEISolutions.com.

GEIS will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative communication or submission path appropriate to the situation.

4. Accessibility Requests

When contacting GEIS about an accessibility issue, please describe the page or feature involved, the nature of the difficulty, the technology or assistive tool being used if relevant, and the type of assistance requested.

GEIS may communicate by email or another practical method to provide the needed information or alternate process.

5. Ongoing Improvement

GEIS may update website templates, content structure, forms, and future account systems over time to improve usability and accessibility.

Because some features may rely on third-party platforms or hosted tools, GEIS may not control every accessibility element directly, but GEIS will still try to provide an alternate path where needed.

6. Contact

Accessibility requests and feedback may be sent to Contact@GEISolutions.com. Mailing correspondence may be sent to 30 N. Gould St. Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
